[TianBa] Iris & Polly Limited Ordering Period

TianBa is a Chinese artist who is widely regarded as one of the best face-up artists and eyemakers in the entire hobby, they are responsible for designing official looks for dolls from some of the biggest brands and are often tapped for collaborations. Now, they’ve just released their first sculpts! Iris and Polly are heads that are intended for 1/3 scale (SD size) bodies of any gender.

Iris and Polly are only available as heads. An order of either sculpt will include an open eyes ver. faceplate, a sleeping faceplate, and a headback. They can be ordered in white, pink, normal, light tan, moon gray, and dark tan resins, with the price being equal for all resin colors.

TianBa is offering the option to purchase face-up and eyes bundles for their sculpts. There are four different face-up styles to choose from, each face-up bundle will include a pair of TianBa’s handmade premium resin eyes.

The price tags associated with TianBa’s face-ups are much higher than what is seen on company face-ups, this is due to the labor intensity and skill level of TianBa’s face-ups; it is normally very difficult to book a TianBa face-up due to all of their slots filling up within seconds each time they open up commissions.

It is currently unknown whether TianBa will re-release Iris and Polly, and if they do, whether they’ll offer face-up services for them again.

Xie Lian – His Highness Who Pleased the Gods is only available as a fullset in normal skin on the RGMbody-4. His fullset does not include the combo package, which has his sword, mask, and a hand for holding the sword.

[DollZone] Feather Fox Limited Ordering Period

Feather Fox is a collaboration work between DollZone and an independent artist. 减少自制. This mystical three-eyed fox with a ponytail is 1/3 scale (SD size). He can be ordered with DollZone’s 60 cm, 68 cm, or 70 cm male body. He is only available as a nude/blank doll with makeup services. He can be ordered in DollZone’s standard resin colors of white, peach, pink, and gray, as well as the special skin colors of moon white, moon gray, light tan, tan, and black.

It is possible to order Feather Fox’s head separately.

During this ordering period, Feather Fox is discounted by 15%.

[DollZone] Mr. Leung (demon version) Limited Ordering Period

Ordering period final date: June 11, 2023

DollZone has released a special edition of one of their existing sculpts: Mr. Leung (demon version)! This version has half-closed eyes in an expression that is often called “romantic” in the BJD hobby as well as an open mouth with fangs. Although the design intention behind this edition of Mr. Leung is demonic, he can just as easily be a vampire, especially with the aesthetic of his fullset outfit.

Mr Leung (demon version) is time-limited and will no longer be available after his ordering period closes. During his ordering period, his nude doll and fullset are discounted by 12%. It is possible to order his head, devil horns, and special devil hands separately. Please note that his fullset does not include the horns and devil hands.

[Soul Doll] Limited Dolls Millie, Adela, Kai

Soul Doll currently has three Concept Art Dolls out, which is a line of time-limited dolls that have thus far never been re-released. The dolls are Millie, Adela, and Kai. Millie is a Soul Kid, which is one of Soul Doll’s 1/4 scale (MSD size) lines. Adela and Kai are both Soul Zeniths, which is one of Soul Doll’s 1/3 scale (SD size) lines.

Millie is also the latest installment in Soul Doll’s Fairy Story line, which is their line of fantasy dolls. Millie is a butterfly fairy who can be ordered in Soul Doll’s regularly available resin colors, new white and normal, as well as the Light P. Violet resin that she’s shown in her promotional images.

Despite being a regular Zenith girl, Adela has slightly pointy ears. Her outfit design features intricate detail and evokes a sense of mystical winter while incorporating contemporary themes.

Kai, also garbed in white, is princely elegant.

[Loong Soul] Tao Tie Beast Version Limited Ordering Period

Loong Soul’s Tao Tie Beast Version, a doll that was only hinted at previously, is now here! In Chinese mythology, Tao Tie (饕餮) is one of four malevolent creatures who are the antagonistic counterparts to the four benevolent creatures.

He is an Elegant doll, which is one of Loong Soul’s 1/3 scale (SD size) lines. The Elegant line consists of dolls just under 70cm, in Tao Tie Beast Version’s case, his special tailed fantasy body is 68cm tall.

Tao Tie is time-limited and will be discontinued after May 28, 2023. His fullset is quantity-limited to 90 sets worldwide.

There are discount events for his release. They are as follows:

[Soul Doll] Caleb-Fantasy ver. Limited Ordering Period

Soul Doll has released a new installment in their Fairy Story series! The Fairy Story series is Soul Doll’s fantasy line, and Caleb-Fantasy ver. is a 1/3 scale (SD size) hooved boy. He is time-limited and will no longer be available after the ordering period closes. Soul Doll almost never re-releases fantasy sculpts, so this could very well be the only time to get him.

Caleb-Fantasy ver. can be ordered in Soul Doll’s always available skin colors of white and normal as well as the limited greenish blue skin shown in his promotional images. It is also possible to order him with a head other than the default one shown, all of Soul Doll’s Zenith boy head options are available to choose for this doll.

It’s possible to order this doll as a human version, as the fantasy version shown, or with both human and fantasy legs. The horns can be left out or added on.

Please note: More options will appear once you choose a skin color, as add-on options depend on the skin color.

[Gem of Doll] New Dolls Er1trea and Sig2r, Limited Quantities

Gem of Doll’s newest releases are Combat Nurse Er1trea and Dead Maid Nurse Sig2r! Er1trea is 1/3 scale (SD size) and Sig2r is 1/4 scale (MSD size). Both girls are quantity-limited.

Er1trea has two different head types, the human version and the spirit version. The human version has a mild smile and the spirit version features her tongue sticking out from under sharp teeth.

Sig2r also has two versions, a Human Nurse version and an Undead Maid version. The head type is the same between the two versions, but the Undead Maid version is on a body with bony thigh wings. The official faceup between the two versions is also different.

[Loong Soul] Tao Tie Human Version-ChiYuan Release Event

Loong Soul’s newest release is Tao Tie Human Version-ChiYuan! He is an Elegant doll, which is one of Loong Soul’s 1/3 scale (SD size) lines. The Elegant line consists of dolls just under 70cm, in ChiYuan’s case, he comes on 68cm bodies.

Although this doll’s name suggests a fantasy/beast version of the doll, such a version does not exist (yet). His name refers to 饕餮, a mythical Chinese beast, and this manifestation is Loong Soul’s interpretation of that beast’s human visage.

Tao Tie is time-limited and will no longer be available after February 15, 2023. Unlike most Loong Soul fullsets, Tao Tie Human Version-ChiYuan’s fullset is not quantity-limited.

During his release event, Tao Tie’s nude/blank doll and fullset are discounted by 14%.

[Coral Reef Doll] Spirit Cat Mask Limited Ordering Period

Ordering period final date: November 30, 2022

Coral Reef Doll has released a new mask for dolls: Spirit Cat! This mask is available in two sizes. The smaller size can be used for 1/4 scale (MSD size), 1/6 scale (YoSD size), and 1/8 scale (tiny size) dolls. The larger size can be used for 70cm+, 1/3 scale (SD size), 1/4 scale, and 1/6 scale dolls.

The Spirit Cat Mask is available in white, black, and transparent resins. Makeup options are available for this mask, however makeup can only be ordered for white resin masks. There are two styles of makeup to choose for the Spirit Cat Mask.

The Spirit Cat Mask is time-limited and will no longer be available for order after the ordering period ends. There might be future re-releases of it, but that is unknown at the current time.
