I have ordered close to 10 dolls from BJDivas with no issues at all. So this will ne more about the company then the dolls themselves.
To be frank i absolutely love BJDivas
I have pushed my layaways so far an they never faulted me nor canceled on me They respond promptly and professionally, fully explaining the prosses and wait times. Promptly tell you when your doll arrives and asks before assuming you want insurance (much appreciated).
All in all, a very comprehensive and professional doll company, i personally only order my BJDs from here if i have the choice, (volks sometimes too but its harder)
Great place to do a layaway
BJDiva is one of the only places you can get an extra long layaway for a doll company they partner with. They always respond to inquiries in a timely fashion. I’ve had several orders with them and never have had a complaint.

I have placed several orders with Divas throughout the years. They have been so sweet and amazing to work with. They are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure all the orders are correct. They are reliable and just awesome. Without them, I would never been able to bring home some of my dream dolls! I can’t thank them enough for their long layaways and their patience! I was doubtful at first, i live in Europe and i was so afraid the shipping costs would be
very high..
As so many my first was Dollshe, ouch…after a 2 years wait, they helpt me to
get a total refund, so glad…
I always use there layaways, so easy, and you can take a long one if required..
They alwas ship to Europe (Netherlands) very fast…and for a reasonable price..
Special Layaway
I opted for a special layaway term for an artist cast, limited run boy from Rugged Realism. Even though there is a FAQ outlining the different fees associated with special layaway, this was still gone over to be sure we were all on the same page. I ended up finishing my layaway before production was complete so arrangements were made to ship directly from the artist to me. Fantastic service and absolutely worth the fees, otherwise I would have missed out on this otherwise limited run of dolls! Communication throughout was great and I can’t thank the Divas enough for offering such a fantastic service!

I’ve been ordering BJDs through BJDivas since 2019. I’m in this hoby since 2002, and I used to buy directly from the companies, but now, I mainly buy through BJDivas!
They have always been very helpfull to me! And their long layaways made it possible for me to buy dolls that otherwise I wouldn’t be able to! I’m very comfortable ordering through them. There were quite a few dolls since 2019! And I’m very gratefull for BJDivas for helping me with that!

multiple layaways, never a problem
i have purchased a large number of dolls from BJDivas, i would not have been *able* to buy that many if not for their generous layaway policies.
despite my having the attention span and organization skills of a hyper ferret, they tracked everything, kept me informed of when dolls were ready to be shipped, or if there was a delay, and got every single doll to me intact and in pristine condition.

Amazing customer service
BJDivas has always been so helpful, they kept me updated on all my orders and assuaged my worries even when silly. They also cancelled an order of mine when I quickly realized I got the wrong skin tone and not fullset. They are honestly the company I go to first and the one I trust the most for bjds.

I’ve ordered multiple times through Divas, making use of their wonderful layaway system, & havent had a bad experience yet! There really isnt much of anyone else out there who offer great layaways, & the process is easy & communication has been great too.
The selection of dolls has been growing since they started their website & they have made it easy to even order from companies not on their site which is definitely a plus!
