- We are an officially recognized partner of all of our listed BJD companies. As an official dealer, we have contractual agreements with all of our represented companies. This makes us legally their representative, which means that purchasing through us is the same as purchasing through the companies directly in terms of product legitimacy. Furthermore, our official relationship means that our represented companies must perform the same degree of after service that they owe to customers who purchase directly from them. Unlike many BJD stores out there, we are NOT a reseller, as resellers do not have official relationships with BJD companies and instead act as purchasing agents. Purchasing agents cannot guarantee after service care and BJD companies are not required to recognize items ordered through purchasing agents as legitimate.
- Extended and flexible layaway plans! We offer the longest layaways anywhere. If you’re not sure how long to request, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a schedule that best fits your needs. If you need to further adjust your payment schedule, for instance say you’d like to set up something like paying a varying amount each period, simply get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
- Your doll is being made while you pay off your layaway! Unlike other places, we submit your order with your first layaway payment so that your order enters the production queue right away. Ordering through us with layaway means that you don’t have to double-wait!
- We’ll tell you like it is! Some companies have very long wait times. This information isn’t always easily accessible, due to its suboptimal nature. This won’t stop us from cautioning you about companies with long waits and other potentially negative factors before you place your order. Customers are encouraged to ask questions about any such topics and we’ll gladly provide the information that we know about them.
- Save on shipping! We’ll always find the best shipping rates for you. Unlike most other places, we calculate shipping based on actual weights, and we don’t cut corners by shipping flat rate when we can get you a better deal shipping non-flat rate. For international customers, we offer the option of shipping directly from the doll companies themselves.
- Relax while we work for you! As BJD owners ourselves, we understand how stressful the waiting game can be. We are very diligent about keeping up communications, and we will check the quality of your dolls when they arrive then follow-up with the parent company to fix any problems if they arise.
- Join the VIP Members Group! All customers in good standing who have ordered from us can join our group on Facebook, where there are exclusive offers/releases, games w/ prizes, giveaways, and other cool stuff we can think of!
