All orders placed through BJDivas for our partner companies’ products are final. All dolls are made-to-order and handcrafted. Dolls that are routed through us are each checked for damages and quality before being forwarded to the customer. Dolls that are sent directly to the customer must have their quality checked by the customer upon receipt, if we don’t hear about quality issues from you within 3 days, you will have to pursue refund/exchange with the manufacturing company directly.
At the very least, there will be a significant restocking fee for cancelled orders, because it tends to be very difficult for a company to sell an item that they had custom-made for you to another customer. In some cases, cancellation is not possible. Therefore, our generic policy is that sales are all final. We will certainly work to try to get a refund when viable, however, please understand most of the time that will not be possible. Therefore, please place your order after having carefully considered all the factors.
Different doll companies have different wait times. Some of these wait times can be very long, over a year is not uncommon for certain companies. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what wait time they will encounter, as this information is very readily available (i.e. Den of Angels, Facebook, Instagram and other BJD-oriented websites). We’re also happy to answer questions about wait times. Orders are accepted with the understanding that the buyer has done their due diligence. We are not accountable for customers’ poor preparation and consideration.

Lastly, be advised, as we are contractually bound by agreements between us and our partner companies, if a PayPal claim is filed for any reason other than defect or receipt of an incorrect doll, our current and future partner companies will place you on a banned buyers’ list and you will no longer be able to place orders with that company.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
