[Doll Family-H] Limited 68cm Female Doll, New Female Muscular Body

DF-H has released a gorgeous new tall lady, Swallowtail Butterfly! Standing at 68cm tall, this lady is a rare beauty indeed. She is time-limited and will no longer be available after the event ends.

She can be ordered in two types of resins, domestic Chinese resin and imported resin. Domestic Chinese resin is the standard and most common resin. Imported resin is sometimes known as French resin, however DF-H’s imported resin doesn’t have the translucent quality that French resin typically has. DF-H explains that the difference between their imported resin and their domestic resin is that the imported resin has better hardness and smoothness quality.

Swallowtail Butterfly is discounted by 15% during this event. Additionally, orders of Swallowtail Butterfly can choose between a gift pair of heel legs or a gift pair of heel feet and a gift pair of inviting hands. Please note your desired gift in the order comments.

Makeup services and accessories are not available for Swallowtail Butterfly.

While 1/3 scale (SD size) girls are plentiful, few are taller than 65cm, and even fewer are muscular. DF-H has a long tradition of supplying BJD option parts for many needs, bringing us rarities like the unmuscled 72cm male body.

With this release, once again DF-H broadens options for collectors, bringing us two new 68cm female bodies, a slim version and a muscular version. These bodes are not limited. During this event, these two bodies are discounted by 12%. Additionally, orders of either body can choose between a gift pair of heel legs or a gift pair of heel feet and a gift pair of inviting hands. Please note your desired gift in the order comments.

[Doll Family-H] Limited Dolls Oswin & Tristan Release Event

To celebrate the release of new dolls, DF-H is holding a discount and gift event! The details are as follows:

  • New limited dolls Oswin and Tristan: 15% off and your choice of a gift set of genitals parts or a gift set of saluting hands, tapping hands and heel feet.
  • New 75cm Male Body (ver. 2): 12% off and gift set of tapping hands and heel feet.
  • 1/3 scale (SD size) and bigger dolls: 12% off and a gift pair of your choice of option hands or feet.
  • 1/3 scale (SD size) and bigger doll bodies: 12% off.

Doll Family-H has released two gorgeous new boys, Oswin and Tristan! Oswin and Tristan are 75cm tall. They are time-limited and will no longer be available after the event period.

Oswin and Tristan are released on a new 75cm male body. They can be ordered on the new 75cm body or the old 75cm body. The old 75cm body will be discontinued after this event.

Oswin and Tristan are available in DF-H’s usual resin types and colors. Imported resin has better smoothness and hardness quality than domestic Chinese resin but is not translucent like French resin. Customers can choose from white, normal yellow, normal pink, tan, or chocolate skins, or opt for a custom color/color-matching service.

It isn’t possible to order Oswin and Tristan as fullsets, however makeup services are available, and a limited quantity of their outfits are available for purchase.

It is possible to order Oswin and Tristan’s heads separately.

The new 75cm male body can be purchased separately. Like with all of DF-H’s bodies, there are also a bunch of option hands and feet for it. DF-H also created an updated set of genitals for the body, which can also be purchased separately.

DF-H has also released a bunch of resin accessories for all sizes: animal ears (bear, cat, fox, dog, etc!) and kitty paws!

[Doll Family-H] 2022 Chinese New Year Event

Doll Family-H’s Chinese New Year event is in progress! During this event, all DF-H products are discounted by 12%.

For those not familiar with DF-H, they are a small studio based in China. DF-H is one of the main providers of jointed hands options for BJD collectors. They also make a wide range of body types, including styles and combinations not available anywhere else. DF-H is often a go-to for floating heads, as they provide very faithful resin matching services.

DF-H released a new boy during this event: Takumi Kazama (ver. 2)!

Takumi Kazama is 68cm tall and comes on the 68cm male body (ver. 2), which is one of the few non-muscular ~70cm bodies in the hobby. He can be ordered in DF-H’s usual range of resin types and colors, including custom resin colors. There is no fullset available for him, however his outfit and shoes can be ordered with him or separately.

DF-H has been releasing more outfits. In addition to Liehen, which means fissure in Chinese and is the official outfit of Takumi Kazama (ver. 2), DF-H released a new outfit for the 1/4 chubby body: Swallowtail Magician! Swallowtail Magician is designed to fit DF-H’s own Chubby 1/4 Body, which was originally released with their 1/4 scale (MSD size) anime dolls. Swallowtail Magician can be used for other bodies of similar size as well.

[Doll Family-H] New Limited Doll Lu Xian Release Event

Doll Family-H has released Lu Xian, a time-limited doll who will no longer be available after his release event. Lu Xian is in the ~70cm size range.

Lu Xian is discounted by 15% during his release event. In addition, orders of Lu Xian during this time will include your choice of gift heel legs and ballet feet or gift genitals set. Please indicate your desired gift type in your order notes.

Lu Xian can be ordered in DF-H’s standard resin offerings: domestic Chinese resin or imported resin, skin colors available are white, normal yellow, normal pink, tan, dark chocolate and gray. It is also possible to order Lu Xian in a custom color through DF-H’s resin-matching service.

Makeup services and accessories are not available for Lu Xian. It is not possible to order Lu Xian’s head separately.

Lu Xian is released on a new 68cm Male Body that is not limited and is available for purchase separately. All the resin options for Lu Xian is available for this body as well. The body comes in a 2-part torso type and a 3-part torso type.

During Lu Xian’s release event, this new body is discounted by 12% and will include your choice of gift heel legs and ballet feet or gift genitals set. Please indicate your desired gift type in your order notes.

DF-H also released a bunch of new option parts for the new body: heel feet, heel legs, ballet feet, and six pairs of gesture hands.

[Doll Family-H] Anime-Style Dolls Release Event

DF-H has released anime-style dolls! These new types of dolls are available in two sizes, 1/6 scale (YoSD size) and 1/4 scale (MSD size). During their release event, the anime-style dolls are all discounted by 21%, and ordering any will include gift option parts as follows:

  • 1/6 scale (Pururu and Rulala): Gift pair of heel feet and gift pair of Type 1: KIRA Hands
  • 1/4 scale (Rica, Riq, Ryo and Pas): Gift pair of Type 1: Carrying Hands and gift pair of Type 2: Peace Hands

The 1/6 scale sculpts are Pururu and Rulala. They are released with a new body type and a bunch of different gesture hands. Pururu and Rulala’s mouths are painted on; like many anime-style dolls they don’t have sculpted mouths. This allows for both more versatility in customization as well as a better approximation of the anime style.

The new 1/4 scale anime-style dolls are Rica, Riq, Ryo and Pas. Rica and Ryo are actually the same head sculpt, and like Pururu and Rulala their head sculpt doesn’t have a sculpted mouth. Riq and Pas both have sculpted mouths however. The 1/4 scale anime-style dolls are released with a new body type, the chubby 1/4 scale body.

In addition to DF-H’s standard range of resin colors, the 1/4 scale anime-style dolls can be ordered in new resin colors known as Milk, Latte and Mocha, colors that have been formulated to match Volks semi-white, normal and tan.

The new body types for the anime-style dolls are available in male and female types. The new bodies and new option parts can be ordered separately.

[Doll Family-H] 2021 Summer Event

There’s still time left in DF-H’s Summer Event! During this event, all DF-H dolls and doll bodies are discounted by 15%. In addition, gifts will accompany purchases in the following ways:

  • 75 cm: Jointed hands OR the male genitals set and feet of your choice.
  • 1/3 scale: Jointed hands OR the male genitals set, a pair of non-jointed hands and a pair of feet of your choice.
  • 1/6 scale – 1/4 scale: A pair of non-jointed hands and a pair of feet of your choice.

If you are unfamiliar with DF-H, they are a small China-based company.

In addition to many expressive sculpts, they provide a lot of doll parts options not normally available elsewhere. They have jointed hands of many different sizes, as well as conventional gesture hands of all kinds. One of their most welcomed recent releases is a realistic 70cm+ male body that is not muscular.

They have high-heeled feet and ballet feet for even the large male sizes.

DF-H’s prices are relatively low, especially for the quality of product that they make. Many people go to DF-H to find bodies for floating heads thanks to the more affordable prices, which are made even better as DF-H provides a resin-matching service.

In conjunction with this event, DF-H released a new doll line: the 1/5 size. This doll line debuted with Xiao Chan, an adorable ballet boy.

Definitely check out DF-H! They aren’t as known in the western world due to their company not having any English-speakers, however they make very nice products and their resin-matching quality is on point.

[Doll Family-H] 2021 Spring Event

Doll Family-H’s Spring Event brings the release of three new dolls, two new bodies, a bunch of new option parts and brand-wide discounts! 😀

The new dolls are three boys, Angelo, Chad and Edwin.

Angelo is 1/3 scale (SD size).

Chad and Edwin are 72 cm hunks with a twist: they’re male maids who aren’t afraid to get their hands a bit dirtier.

The new boys are debuting on new and improved bodies.

The new 1/3 scale Male Body (ver. 5) has soft lines and subtle features.

The new 72cm Male Body (ver. 2) offers an alternative to all of those 70 cm range bodies with extensive musculature.

[Doll Family-H] October Event

Doll Family-H’s October Event has started! With it is the release of two new girls, Gui Yue and He Lan! 😀

Gui Yue and He Lan are both 1/3 scale (SD size).

These two lovely ladies are released on a new generation of bodies. Gui Yue’s default body is 58 cm and features a charming shape, while He Lan’s default body is 63 cm and is more voluptuous. Both bodies can choose between three different bust sizes, a 2-part or a 3-part torso, and the presence or absence of a thigh joint.

DF-H’s October Event also features discounts across the entire brand. They are as follows:
