Kaniboom has just released a new adorable little friend, Travel Kitty! Travel Kitty is 1/8 scale and has four possible faceplates: one with open eyes and a sculpted mouth, one with open eyes and no sculpted mouth, one without any sculpted features so you can totally customize the face, and one with differently posed ears and a sculpted naughty expression.
Travel Kitty can be ordered in MIA white, orange, or taro skins, however taro is quantity-limited to 6 sets and only available for the 4 faceplate package.
To celebrate Travel Kitty’s release, there are various special deals for Travel Kitty:
- When ordering the doll with one face type, purchasing an add-on faceplate will allow you to choose a third faceplate for free.
- The water bottle shown in some of Travel Kitty’s promotional images will be included as a free gift.
- If Travel Kitty sales reaches 200 worldwide, there will be an additional gift of underwear for it.
Despite being 1/8 scale, Travel Kitty’s head is large enough such that it is in appropriate for 1/6 scale (YoSD size). Since Travel Kitty doesn’t have a human version by default, Kaniboom has teamed up with Shoushou Doll to offer the human version of Little Coco/DouDou’s body as an add-on purchase for Travel Kitty. Please note: This body will be MIA white even if you order Travel Kitty in orange or taro resin.
