Response delays, please check our FB for details

Hi everyone,

As many of you might’ve heard already, like many small businesses, our team has been very impacted by the pandemic. For a while now, we’ve been operating with one group member as this stubborn virus ravages our health. With the assistance of friends, family and kind volunteers, we’ve been managing. However, because we’ve not been operating at our full strength, our former super quick response times have taken a big hit, and we strongly apologize for this.

We’ve been posting detailed updates on our Facebook page. We’ve not been duplicating these updates in our newsletter, as e-mail feels like a more formal medium. Most of you that are subscribed to our newsletter also follow our social media so you’re already aware of the contents of this newsletter, but for those that don’t use social media, this is by no means an entreaty that you should do so. The updates that we share on Facebook are very far from mandatory information, it is solely there for those that are curious and feel like checking. We try to maintain a balance between transparency and not spamming folks with irrelevant details.

We are really sorry about the delays and inconveniences. Please know that we’re doing everything in our power.
