You can use our layaway service for maximum 6 months (including ordered month)

<Layaway term>
– Deposit is 20% of the total amount and you have to pay the deposit
within 3 days from the order date.
Unless, the order is canceled.
– Please pay eachbalance per every month.
– Please state your order number or ID certainly in memo box
when you send each payment.

* Layaway order work will start from the final payment date.
The deposit can’t be refunded by our layaway policy
even if you ask to cancel the layaway order by any personal reason.

* Hooves parts are made of transparent resin.
Due to the nature of this resin, small bubbles can occur inside and outside the part.

The production process of the special skin is more difficult than
that of the new white or normal skin,
so small teas, bubbles, and marbles can form on the surface of the product.
We do not accept requests for refunds or exchanges due to these parts,
so please be understanding.

   [About default makeup / painting]

Our makeup artist has been working on default makeup as much as possible to match
what we see on the screen.
However, since everything is 100% manual,
it is impossible to be exactly the same as the first work.
Therefore, it is difficult to request a refund and rework due to a slight difference,
so please understand.

* In the case of colors,
there is a big difference depending on the individual monitor environment,
so please consider it.

Basically, the product is made using the same product as the picture,
but sometimes the product is sold out depending on the supply situation of the wholesaler.
