* This product is produced after pre-order. After pre-order is completed, order cancellation or refund is not possible.

* Authenticity certificates cannot be reissued.

* To exchange a defective product, etc., you must apply for an exchange within 5 days of delivery in the same condition as it was delivered.

Please check the status of the product immediately after delivery is complete.

* If it is not defective

– The color of the magnet may pass through the thin side of the urethane and slightly show through.

– Steps created by silicone incision lines in the process of producing ball-jointed dolls with urethane

– Sandpaper marks that occurred during the post-processing stage

– Small bubbles in corners and edges

– Small bubbles, dust, marbling, post-processing marks, etc., excluding the facial area

– Bond marks created during the process of fixing the magnet

– The lid and head may not fit perfectly, and there may be a step.

– Since the urethane duplication process is all done by hand, there may be individual differences in color and fine details between heads.

* When exchange is not possible: If the product is not new.

Use of makeup, coating agent application, thinner, etc. / state of remodeling / Head damaged due to buyer’s carelessness

* When exchange is possible

1. If there is dust or air bubbles in the front part of the face

2. If you receive a color different from the color you purchased

3. If damaged during delivery

– If any of the three items above apply, exchange is possible.

– traces of use, Exchanges are only possible if there is no damage caused by the buyer’s carelessness.

– Once delivery is complete, please check the product status immediately within 5 days. After this period, exchanges are not possible.

* Precautions for use

– Urethane dolls may exhibit yellowing. The more external exposure to light, heat, moisture, etc., the faster yellowing may occur.

– If you use thinner to remove makeup, remove it as quickly as possible.

If it is soaked in or comes into contact with thinner or other chemicals for a long time, the surface may melt or deform.

Before the thinner completely dries, the surface is weak and may easily be scratched, so be careful.

– Please be careful when wearing dark-colored wigs or makeup as the head may be discolored.
