This head is designed for 75cm bodies similar to SOOM ID75. It might work with 70 cm bodies, but please pay attention to the neck circumference. Also, please keep in mind that each person’s aesthetic taste will differ from one another; some might feel that ID75 proportions are too bobble-headed, which would make this head great for 70 cm bodies, however those who feel that ID75 proportions are perfect might find this head to be slightly too big on a 70 cm body.
