1. Sweet mocha skin can leave a sanding mark or scratch easily compared to light skin. This will be considered normal and cannot be a reason for exchange or refund.
2. 2. In case of Dark Mocha skin&Mocha skin, parting line, dusts and gate mark can be more noticeable compared to Sweet Mocha skin. This will not be considered as a default so please consider about it before ordering.
3. In case eyes, 6mm eyes fits best on Raccoon Doll. 6mm eyes with be sent as a default eyes for all Raccoon Doll.
4. Please leave correct address in alphabet. If there is something missing, it will be turned back to us, so please check delivery address one more time.
5. In general, a doll will be delivered in 60~90 days. We will start manufacturing the doll one day after payment is received. Dolls are made on order, so orders cannot be canceled or changed once we start manufacturing.
6. If a doll was damaged by the owner’s mishandling or negligence, the part can be replaced at a cost or non-interchangeable.
7. Since it is handmade doll, there are gate marks, little dust and parting lines which form during casting a doll.
