Pancho, the British Creative and Image Director, is currently working for GRANADO.
Although he’s only 23, he is gifted with his incredible fashion sense which he sometimes will design his own clothing. Pancho loves his job; his work efficiency is high thanks to he’s responsible and likes to complete all the jobs by himself. Pancho claimed due to complex family background, he wants to live a low profile life, therefore he never imagined being a model himself despite his great passion towards fashion and his good looks. Charles and he are good friends, and when later they found out Pancho is a distant relative of Andrew, there seems to have greater stories behind this!

Doll heads are generally shipped within 50 business days, and whole dolls are generally shipped within 70 business days from the last payment date. (If there is any problem with the manufacturing process, shipping will be delay without notification.)
