Sweet mocha skin can leave a sanding mark or scratch easily compared to light skin.    This will be considered normal and cannot be a reason for exchange or refund.2. In case of Dark Mocha skin&Mocha skin, parting line, dusts and gate mark can be more noticeable compared to Sweet Mocha skin.    This will not be considered as a default so please consider about it before ordering.3. In case eyes, 6mm eyes fits best on Raccoon Doll. 6mm eyes with be sent as a default eyes for all Raccoon Doll.4. In general, a doll will be delivered in 30~60 days.    We will start manufacturing the doll one day after payment is received.    Dolls are made on order, so orders cannot be canceled or changed once we start manufacturing. 6. If a doll was damaged by the owner’s mishandling or negligence, the part can be replaced at a cost or non-interchangeable.7.
