During a recent automated update, we noticed that our website rolled back the existence of some accounts. If you find that our website no longer recognizes your log in info, simply re-register and let us know that your account was affected. All previous order records in our website are not affected, we’d be happy to manually load them into your account again.
We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that while we encourage orders to be placed through our site for record-keeping purposes, our website’s records are a tertiary database for all of our orders. Our primary orders database is our internal records and our secondary orders database are the records in PayPal. Having multiple instances of the same thing isn’t unimportant because it means that if any set of records are compromised that there are copies of it on other platforms, but it also means that if any set is compromised those records aren’t just gone.
