Hello everyone,
It is with regret that I announce that we find ourselves compelled to actively enforce one of our policies, specifically, our right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
It is our job to conduct a fair business, and to ensure that all of our customers receive their orders or otherwise are fairly compensated. We view it as our responsibility to do everything we can to help within reason. It is our passion as collectors and our love for the hobby that drives us to help as many of our fellow collectors as possible to bring their dream dolls home.
However, we are people as well, and we have our limits. Although we wish it were otherwise, our time and energies are limited. Furthermore, we’re encountering situations in which we’re expected to do things that are neither reasonable nor feasible for us to do. Ultimately, we need to make sure that each of our customers are being treated fairly, and we cannot allow situations to persist if they might lead to a perceived inequity. when we’re being put in a position in which we can be seen as not doing so, our services will no longer be available to individuals putting us in that position.
Please understand that we are not choosing to enforce this policy lightly. In fact, I apologize that we are having to make this move. We’ve always endeavored to understand all circumstances, as we know firsthand how frustrating wait times and other facets of this hobby can be. However, for the sake of our own health and sanity, we need to make this change. This will have no impact on the vast majority of our customers, we however felt it was only fair to make public mention of the fact that we are having to become slightly more strict.
