Please note: It is possible to order from us the heads that DZ sells individually. They aren’t on our website, so please contact us if you’d like to order heads.
For heads that DZ doesn’t allow the order of separately, we will do our best to help everyone order them by doing a group order like we did for the Doll Chateau discontinuation event. If you’d like to submit a request to order a head that isn’t normally available for separate order, please read these rules and then complete the form below.
This form is only for ordering from DollZone’s current offerings. We cannot order items that are already discontinued.
You will not be charged for your order until we are certain that we’ll be able to order the item for you. Once we are certain that we can order the item for you, we will confirm the order with you and work out payment arrangements.
Orders that are confirmed cannot be canceled. All our usual policies for ordering applies once an order is confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this form does not guarantee that you’ll be able to order your item. However, we will do our utmost to help you be able to do so. The success of this endeavor is entirely dependent on who else is ordering what and in what colors, so we’re matching everyone together in group orders so that everyone can get what they want, however it isn’t assured that we’ll definitely find a match. We will, of course, do our very best for everyone.
